PageRank, Going Dynamic?

During the last Google PageRank update it seemed that PR would just not stay still. It kept changing on many websites depending on the time of day. It seems to have settled down now, but because of this Yaro Starak wrote an interesting post on his blog called Dynamic PageRank.

Yaro entertains the idea that possibly PageRank will go dynamic at some point. This would have a large impact on people selling links with high PR pages, something Google does not like or allow.

I think that it’s certainly an interesting concept and would be much better than waiting for Google’s random updates, however I don’t know if it would really give PR any more value.
