One question I can kick myself for not submitting to you: now that the refund deadline is 60 days, why is the reserve still at 90 days? Some other affiliate networks I belong to don't even have a reserve -- so getting our 10% back 30 days sooner is highly desirable. It also appears that they're not quite out of the woods yet when it comes to technical problems, just yesterday there was downtime due to a power outage. I hope they plan to spend more money and effort on things like redundant servers and fail-over systems. I'll post more when I think of it.
