- Will we see more tracking including click-thru tracking, and built-in Google, Yahoo &#38; MSN conversion tracking?

- What's the deal with their new check out page?  It seems to do anything but instill confidence in a potential buyer.

- Will they address the rumored CC problems (i.e., good CC's being rejected).

What about account reps?  If not for everyone, perhaps for affiliates &#38; vendors doing over a certain volume per month?

- I think they are WAY overdue for at least having a blog.  Currently they come across as being kind of "faceless" -- they would benefit from moving away from that image.

- Finally, please THANK them for improving their current sales tracking system to no longer use cookies-only.  This is a very big step, IMHO.</description>

		<description>You could ask them about any known issues with processing payments and also what's going on with the order form. They've been split testing for months now and after all that, we haven't been able to benefit from the tests as yet.</description>

		<description>Miles, I think you need to heavily address better tracking solutions and credit card flaws also one other thing that stands out as an issue for me is not being able to customize the payment page to look more seamless with our sales pages. I think this change alone would drive sales considerably benefiting both CB and aff and vendors. Just my thoughts. Kris</description>
