Got a question or suggestion for ClickBank?
I am leaving for London tomorrow to go to the ClickBank conference. I was also invited to participate in an invitation only focus group with the ClickBank CEO and their VP’s of marketing and finance the day after the conference. It looks like I will get to share my feedback with them, therefore I wanted to get your feedback as well and bring it to their attention.
So what questions, suggestions, or concerns do you have for ClickBank that I could share with them? Leave a comment and let me know!
Miles, I think you need to heavily address better tracking solutions and credit card flaws also one other thing that stands out as an issue for me is not being able to customize the payment page to look more seamless with our sales pages. I think this change alone would drive sales considerably benefiting both CB and aff and vendors. Just my thoughts. Kris
You could ask them about any known issues with processing payments and also what’s going on with the order form. They’ve been split testing for months now and after all that, we haven’t been able to benefit from the tests as yet.
They need to communicate better and keep us updated when problems arise.
It would be great if Clickbank would also offer the option to pay the affiliate commissions per wire to a bank account. This feature is very useful for people who leave in Europe or anywhere else in the world.
Hi Miles, here’s a few:
- Will we see more tracking including click-thru tracking, and built-in Google, Yahoo & MSN conversion tracking?
- What’s the deal with their new check out page? It seems to do anything but instill confidence in a potential buyer.
- Will they address the rumored CC problems (i.e., good CC’s being rejected).
What about account reps? If not for everyone, perhaps for affiliates & vendors doing over a certain volume per month?
- I think they are WAY overdue for at least having a blog. Currently they come across as being kind of “faceless” — they would benefit from moving away from that image.
- Finally, please THANK them for improving their current sales tracking system to no longer use cookies-only. This is a very big step, IMHO.
