Free Keyword Research Site for Adwords, Overture

Icame across this great website and thought those of you who market with Overture, Google Adwords, or other Pay Per Click programs may like it. Basically, it’s an easy way to do some great keyword research. You type in a word or phrase and it will show you the top Google Listings, the Overture Searches, Google Max Bid, Number of Google Ads, and much more all in one simple to view window.
I actually use this site quite a bit when I am researching different niches to see whether there is a market for the niche and what kind of interest and products are available for the topic.
