I'm on my third try to transfer a domain to them, and they can't do it. I call their customer service, and they say to to wait. The last time I waited over a month and it didn't happen. This time, as of today it's over a week for a transfer, and it hasn't happened yet, and they can't tell me why. Godaddy does it in a day. Godaddy is more expensive but worth it. 1and1.com may sound like a good deal, but they can’t get the job done! I’m on my third try to transfer a domain to them, and they can’t do it. I used a reseller page one time to check that the domain names I wanted were all available, but did not buy immediately.
