5 Reasons Why I Love Aweber
March 26, 2007
Top Pick

AweberLast weekend in Washington DC I got the pleasure of meeting and having dinner with Tom Kulzer, CEO of Aweber. Aweber is an autorepsonder service which I personally use, and as the title of this article reads, I LOVE IT! Tom was very open to my suggestions and comments about Aweber, and demonstrated why this company is a class act all the way. If you aren’t currently using an autoresponder or are having problems with the one you use then I recommend switching over and trying out Aweber. I’ve used a few other autoresponder services and self-installed solutions in the past (see From AutoResponse To Aweber) and nothing comes close to the support and constant improvements that Aweber offers.

Here are 5 reasons why I love Aweber, and why you will too…

  1. Hold your hand support! - They offer support in a variety of ways including over the phone support. In fact, 9 times out of 10 when I call them (and I have called them over 10 times) they answer the phone right away. Their support is awesome!
  2. A dedicated company to handle YOUR emails. - Using Aweber is like having a dedicated company with 18 employees working just for YOU to ensure your emails are delivered and the system runs smoothly and without effort.
  3. Features and Flexibility - More than enough features for most everyone’s needs and the flexibility to run your autoresponder messages in a variety of ways.
  4. Kaizen! - If you’ve never heard the term ‘kaizen’ it is japanese for ‘constant and never ending improvement’ which is what Aweber is all about. I don’t even worry about how I am going to use RSS with my autoresponders, or new improvements available with email technology because my dedicated autoresponder company is all over it!
  5. A company that listens! - Aweber wants you as a customer, they want to help you, listen to you, and improve their system to help meet your needs. They have options for sending them suggestions and comments, and they’ve actually implemented something I recommended once. Just the fact they’ll listen to your feedback sets them apart from 99% of companies online, autoresponder related or not.

So yes, I admit, I admire and love Aweber. Try them out for yourself and you’ll fall in love with them as well. Have an Aweber experience you’d like to share? Leave a comment!

Thanks Miles for your thoughtful reviews of this software. It’s so refreshing to get a review from someone who seems to have eaten a normal breakfast, instead of a fist full of amphetamines, before writing it. I like your style and will checkout your other reviews. Best regards, Rosemary Senjem
